New and Redeployed Tape Labeling and Initialization

RYM will provide your Datacenter with data tapes that are labeled and initialized at a fraction of your usual internal cost. But most importantly, letting RYM deliver these "ready-to-use" tapes keeps your staff focused on the more critical day-to-day requirements of your Datacenter, and not get sidetracked by administrative details.. We can label any tape media — including 9940, 9840, 3590, SDLT, LTO 1, LTO 2, LTO 3, LTO 4 — with a wide variety of label formats to match your situation. We can initialize any volume of tapes, small or large, with sequential or non-sequential labeling. In addition to our work preparing new tapes, RYM also provides labeling and initialization services on redeployed tapes. When you are ready to reuse your older tapes, we can inventory and audit them on-site, securely transport them to our Operations Center and clean, retension, test, data-eradicate, certify and redeploy the tapes — so that you can maximize your tape media assets for your Datacenter.
